Sunset Camp features five distinctive guestrooms. Four rooms are located on the 2nd floor, and one room on the first floor is designed for individuals with limited mobility. Each room has a comfortable queen- or king-size bed, private bath, air conditioning, cable television and is smoke free. Guests are incouraged to use our common areas as well as the grounds.

Vacation Rental Rates range from $480 to $900 per night / $2,880 to $4,800 per week. Visit our rates page for full listing of rates by season and policies. Adirondack Room
This room features a king-size bed, a rustic armoire and large south-facing windows that surround the room on three sides. There is a pull-out sofa to accommodate families or an extra guest.

Overlooking our perennial rock garden and large spruce trees, the Adirondack Room features a private bath with a full-size tub and shower, tile floors and a pedestal sink. The room has air conditioning, cable television and is smoke free.

Sunset Room
Bright and inviting, the Sunset room was named after the house's former incarnation, "Sunset Camp," an early 1900s boarding house. The room features white wicker furniture, a queen-size bed and two windows facing west, allowing views of the sun setting.

Two sugar maples, more than a hundred years old, shade the room in the summer. The private bath, attached to the room, features a full-size tub and shower, hardwood floors and a pedestal sink. The room has air conditioning, cable television and is smoke free.

Chester Room
Its namesake is the hamlet it overlooks — Chestertown. A church steeple, Panther Mtn. and a quiet stream can been seen from the room. Sunlight floods the room from three south-facing windows. The room is highlighted by an armoire, dressing table and a queen-size bed. The private bath features a shower, tile flooring and a pedestal sink. The room has air conditioning, cable television and is smoke free.

North Face Room
This room is available with two twin beds or with a king-size bed. Like a traditional B&B, the private bathroom is just outside in the main hall and has tile flooring, a shower and a pedestal sink. The room has air conditioning, cable television and is smoke free.

Trillium Room
Located on the first floor, this room is perfect for couples with an infant or guests with limited mobility. The room looks out on to wooded Landon Hill, where native wild trilliums grow.

The room includes a pull-out sofa to accommodate families or an extra guest, an armoire and a queen-size bed.

The private bath features a wheelchair-accessible sink, shower and toilet. We also have a wheelchair-accessible ramp at the main entrance of the house. The room has air conditioning, cable television and is smoke free.
