ROOM RATES
Our rates are based on double occupancy* and include a full country breakfast served each morning in the dining room. Rates may vary throughout the year based on availability. For up-to-the-minute rates and availability, contact us. During high occupancy** we require a two-night minimum.

**High occupancy rates include weekends (Fri-Sun), holiday periods and other peak travel.
Payments and Deposits
- We accept personal checks (for deposits), Visa, Mastercard and cash.
- A one-night room rate is required as a deposit to secure a reservation.
- Change of arrival or departure dates and cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date.
- We would greatly appreciate a phone call two days prior with your estimated time of arrival.
Policies
- A full breakfast is served each morning. Special dietary accommodations can be made upon request.
- Landon Hill is a smoke-free environment (at our discretion, smoking is allowed in outside areas).
- We gladly accept well behaved and supervised children.
- Pets are accepted at our discretion, with a refundable $25.00 deposit. Please contact us for approval.
- Check-in: 3:00 pm, check-out: 11:00 am.
